Common questions

How do I report a user or message?

Inside the app, long-press any message and tap "Report". You can also report a user from their profile screen. We review reports within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, and choose "Block". You can manage blocked users at Settings → Blocked Users.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Premium is billed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Duomate → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active and you keep Premium features until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Duomate → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, messages, matches, vocabulary, and uploaded files within 30 days.

I lost access to my account.

If you signed in with email/password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. If you signed in with Apple, restore the linkage from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID. For anything else, email support@duomateapp.com with the email on the account.
